Wholesale Pricing Tier Privacy Policy

Wholesale Pricing Tier ("the app") is a Shopify app that applies wholesale pricing to customer groups. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Data the app accesses

Store data via the Shopify Admin API: products and variants, and customer records (name, email, tags) that you make available, used to assign customers to tiers and apply their pricing.
App-created data stored in the app's database: tiers, fixed prices, wholesale access applications, app settings, and subscription status.
Shopify store events (customer created/updated, app subscription changes) via webhooks, used to keep tier assignments and pricing current.

How data is used

Data is used only to provide the app's functionality to your store. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for profiling.

Service providers

The app runs on Shopify and uses third-party infrastructure (Railway for hosting, Neon for the managed PostgreSQL database) bound by their own data protection terms.

Deletion

When the app is uninstalled, Shopify notifies the app and the store's data is deleted. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting support. The app handles Shopify's mandatory customer data request, customer redact, and shop redact webhooks.
